No experience is needed. All practices are accessible to every level — from complete beginners to long-time practitioners. Everything is guided, supported, and designed to be safe.

Not at all. It’s a powerful experience, but it is optional. You’re invited to participate in whatever ways feel right for your body and your nervous system.

Yes — two meals per day are included.

Registrants for an AWAKEN Retreat may cancel for a full refund up until 30 days before the Retreat. NO refunds are offered within 30 days of the Retreat, unless due to a physical or mental medical emergency.

Not at all. Your healing journey is your own. You’re welcome to rest, take time for yourself, or skip any session that doesn’t feel aligned.

There is open space throughout the retreat for rest, reflection, nature time, journaling, or connecting with others.

Most sessions are gentle. Breathwork and cold exposure (polar plunge) can be physically activating, but both are optional and guided in a controlled, supportive way. Nothing is forced — your autonomy is always respected.

Absolutely — many of our attendees come solo! This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people. This retreat is designed to be welcoming, connected, and supportive, and you will feel at home whether you arrive alone or with friends.
